When you sell your Minnesota house as-is there can be a lot of negative emotions like anger. You aren’t deactivating anger, but you are focusing on something else.
If you speaking about the anger it gets more specific and makes you feel worse. That’s why meditating and going general helps you raise your vibration.
Venting about what you don’t want makes it worse, but venting about what you want and feel strongly about it, it may make you feel better and raise my vibration. By staying angry you are resisting feeling better with a higher vibration.
Anger is misalignment with your thoughts and emotions. You may be angry that you are in foreclosure, lost your job, behind on payments, you may have had major damage to the property or a death in the family.
Many situations tied emotionally to your house can make you angry, but until you are able to get into a higher emotion, you will not be making logical decisions on your Minnesota house.
It’s important to stay calm and practice that. Take a nap, a walk, exercise, get extra rest.
When you are angry you naturally think of problems related to your house because you are on that frequency, and similar thoughts will flood your brain. When you focus on raising your emotions one step at a time you will slowly be receptive to allow solutions to pop into your head as insights and ideas.
Those ideas don’t really come to you when you are at a very low level analytical mindset with low emotions. Your brain isn’t reaching its full potential it’s very limited in its thinking.
