Worry is an interesting emotion because people are focused on other people, circumstances, vs. their own feelings of worry which is a negative and low emotion.
Many times people worry for others because they feel empathy and are concerned for others, maybe their health, financial well-being, or others relationships.
This feeling of worry creates resistance in you, but it’s not productive because first you must fill yourself up first with great emotions before you can provide that feeling to others.
Let’s say that you are selling your Minnesota house as-is and you are worried or concerned about how much fixup it needs, or the safety, or how much the house is worth today, or how much your house is worth all fixed up.
Maybe you are worried on how to hire a contractor or find one that can fix it up for a good price without losing your own money, or how will you possibly come up with the money to fix it.
Or how will you catch up on your house payments if your house is vacant, or now in foreclosure.
None of these questions are yours to take on emotionally because they are heavy and cause overwhelm in you.
The investor buyers that I know in Minnesota have been through the buy, fixup, sell process so many times that it’s second nature to them.
The local Minnesota buyers I know don’t have resistance and are very comfortable and don’t worry, so don’t you project your worry.
Focus on calming your mind, meditating, walking or taking a nap to lessen your resistance a little bit more every single day. Take it emotionally step by step a little at a time.

Focus on one small positive thing happening even if it’s very small just to start the momentum. Remember to first focus on something that you believe to be true. Then another thing you believe to be true and then another and soon you’ll have positive forward momentum.
