If section 8 allows you to qualify to buy a home than we can do that, otherwise your investor buyer that you refer to me I would recommend have a good credit history and over a 660+ credit score with $10,000 saved for a down payment.

If the person you are referring has bad credit we can help them buy on a contract for deed with 10% down, which is about $30,000 to $40,000 down payment.
