Tenant Warranty:
If we place a tenant in your property and for any reason the tenant(s) is
problematic or in need of eviction, whether this may be due to late payments, no
payments, noise complaints, etc., We will find a new tenant for your property at
no additional cost. Free for 180 days or 6 months with every Tenant Find. We are
the only company confident enough in the caliber of tenants we place that we
will WARRANTY every one of our tenants!

Eviction Protection Plan:
This service provides piece of mind regarding the expenses associated with
Eviction and Court costs in the event a tenant is in default. With out this
service, an eviction can cost upwards of $650+. With this service, court filing
fees are covered, process server fees, assistance in
paperwork, and they'll show up on your behalf on designated court dates.

Do you have rental applications and consistent screening policies to meet legal obligations, I.E. "Patriot Act Compliant?"
Do you perform thorough move-in and move-out property evaluations.
Are personally familiar with reputable painters, electricians, roofers, chimney cleaners, carpenters, landscapers, furnace and appliance repairmen, and other maintenance professionals.
Are able to effectively negotiate with tenants, handle difficult issues and enforce the terms of the rental agreement.
Do you have the ability to recover NSF checks, evict tenants and collect bad debts.
Do you understand all the rules and regulations surrounding the handling of security deposits?
